Sunflower, Child, Cobra, Gay Mating Ritual

For you yogies out there, you might recognize a few poses from the title. I'm not sure Gay Mating Ritual is an official name of a pose, but I'm convinced it should be.

This morning, Gal Pal Stephanie and I went to our first yoga class. Luckily we were the only ones for some reason, and had a cool first timer's specialized session. Or Yoga For Dummies...you decide.

Now that's what I call Downward Facing Dog!

My favorite pose though..."corpse"...the end, where you just lay there (or is it lie there?)
