Bully Bill Bust

Today the genius state senate decided to not protect kids in schools, and watered down a bullying bill. Why? Because it included protection for sexual orientation. The measure failed because open minded people didn't want to look out for gays and lesbians.

I guess it's wrong to make fun of kids because they're poor, a minority, or disabled, but it's ok to harass the homosexuals.

My local senator said, "We can't allow this, because then we'll have to explain to kindergartner's what gay means."

How proud do you think I am that he represents me.

I'm seriously considering calling him out on it. What an ass clown!

I may write a letter, or I may make it a little more public...*evil grin*.

Thanks for letting me rant and vent!

I'd make it as widely known as I could. it's time to call people on the carpet for their bad decisions. "It takes a village" means it takes all of us to help one another. He must be held accountable...in public, in clear view.

How about we just tell kids that if they pick on anyone for any reason their ass will be in hot water? And then how about we stick to it?
