Body Pump!
Whew.
More like body pooped today. I just got back from the gym. An hour of cycling, then a hour of body pump. I'm a BP virgin...with three classes under my belt. It's a great class set to awesome dance music. You work out your ENTIRE body. Squats, lunges, abs, biceps, triceps, chest, legs, butt, everything all rolled into one. I was singing along today with "Take your Mama Out" from the Scissor Sisters. There are track set lists, but some of the instructors like to mix it up. It's a national company that makes up the routines the songs, and I'm convinced there's a gay guy in charge of the music, because it's way TOO good. Voodoo Child from the Rogue Traders (some british group)...Phantom of the Opera theme, Since You've Been Gone/Kelly Clarkson, some Ashley Simpson "Boyfriend" song...the theme from Queer Eye...you get the picture.
Usually it's a lot of desperate housewives in the mid mornings when I go, but today, some HOT manly men were in there. It's more of a weight endurance/weight training class, so you don't slam on the weights at all.
Oh in cycling on Wednesdays, there's been this UBER hot guy in bike shorts and a tight shirt and cap. MMM. he's not big in the muscle area (wait that sounded wrong)...but he's very lean and tone and tasty. So i sit behind him and to the sit and pretend I'm chasing him. Great motivation.
Sad to say...in six days I'll be boarding a plane for Chicago. In seven days...I'll be 10 minutes (hopefully) from landing in Bangkok!!! That 25 hour plane ride (total) isn't something I'm looking forward too...but I'll make the sacrifice. If only my flight attendants are as half as cute as Lewis!
Smooches to all!

25 hours?!?!?!?!?!
Oh hell no.
I freak with a 3 hour flight to Vegas.
You're a brave, brave man, "W."
Oh you are way too gracious with the cute flight attendant comments....even though I would take very good care of you guys...I promise. Hey, I wanted to tell you....if you still don't have the seat assignments you really want, keep checking their (United?) website....seats do open up and change....right to the very end. And kudos to you for doing the work-out thing. I have no desire, energy, or determination. And, the "not big in the muscle area"....that's me.
